Speaker Information

  • Full name and job title/role of the interviewee(s)

Product / Collection Overview

  • A short description of the products, collection, or themes you want to highlight in the interview

Brand Assets

  • Brand logo in PNG format (Please include light/dark variations or versions with/without tagline, if available)
  • Your official Instagram account
  • Your official YouTube channel (if applicable)
  • Up to 10 strategic hashtags related to your brand and fair presence

Visual Material

  • 3 to 20 high-resolution images or short videos of your collection/products
  • If available: images of your showroom or event booth

Please ensure the space meets the following criteria for optimal filming quality:

  • Lighting: Soft, diffused lighting with minimal shadows
  • Background: Neutral, light-colored walls (optional: removable branding elements)
  • Sound: Quiet space with no echo; ideally with carpeted floors and sound-absorbing materials like curtains or wall panels
