All the images/video links for inclusion in the feature (it is your responsibility to ensure that rights to all the images for publication on Architonic, Facebook, Instagram, as well as in the Newsletter, have been cleared).

Your Partner Success Manager will send you a draft of the Editorial Feature, allowing you to request 1 round of corrections. Please note that the editor’s overall authorial voice and stylistic choices should be respected, as they are intended to maximise engagement with our audience.

Publication

Please send us your final approval at least 48 hours before the planned publication date; otherwise, without your sign-off, we cannot guarantee that your campaign will be published on the selected date.

Delivery of Data

Please send your data in full, at least 4 weeks before the planned publication of your campaign (via file-hosting service, download link, email, etc.).

The non-delivery of required data may prevent the publication of your campaign. Should this be the case, no claim for a refund or a waiver of costs may be made. As soon as we have received your data, publication will follow within a reasonable period.

Copyright

All copyright issues regarding images and texts must be clarified. Publication of any materials may not infringe upon any third-party rights.
