Visual guidance

  • First image: There should not be texts or logos on the first image.
  • Lighting: Proper exposure and lighting should be ensured.
  • Colors: Color saturation and tonality should be balanced.
  • Engaging and unique imagery: It is recommended to include images that stand out from the mass of posts in social media feeds and add a unique selling proposition (what separates your event from the competitors).
  • Unnecessary objects and people: Unnecessary objects are to be avoided. Faces of people must not be included without their consent.

Technical requirements

  • Quantity: 1 to 10 high-resolution images
  • First image: Must be without text or logo.
  • Aspect ratio: 1:1 or 4:5.
  • Note: All images should maintain the same proportions, either 1:1 or 4:5.
  • File size: Maximum 30 MB.
  • File type: JPG, PNG or MP4.
  • Resolution: Minimum 1080 x 1080 pixels.
  • File naming: Sequence in desired publication order (For example: 01-image-name.jpg, 02-image-name.jpg).

Text

  • Language: British English.  If you choose a non-feed option, text can be in any language.
  • Length: Maximum 100 words (mention your company name).
  • Hashtags: Up to 27 hashtags.
  • Format: Word or RTF documents.
  • Tone of voice:
    • Put a catchy headline in the first sentence.
    • Provide the text written in the third person. Use pronouns such as "it," or "they" to refer to someone or something, instead of using "we" (first person) or "you" (second person).
    • Use conversational and simple language.
    • Avoid overly commercial, salesy sentences.
    • Do not include vague/abstract sentences, too general and biased language.
