Single Image Post / Album Post

Images

• Album Post: max. 5 images per album
• File type: JPG or PNG
• Aspect ratio: 9:16 to 16:9
• Resolution: upload the highest resolution image available
• Minimum image width / minimum image height: 600 pixels
• File names should be labeled in the desired sequence of publication: 01-image-name.jpg, 02-image-name.jpg, etc.

Text

• Album Post: Title, 65 characters max. (including spaces)
• Text: 125 characters (include the name of your company)
• All texts as Word or RTF documents

Video Post

Video

• Resolution: highest resolution available, that meets file size and ratio limits
• Without letter or pillar boxing (no black bars)
• MP4 or MOV recommended, other file formats are also supported
• File size: 4 GB max.
• Length: at least 1 second, 240 minutes max.
• Aspect ratio: 16:9 or 1:1
• Vertical videos (with aspect ratio taller than 2:3) may be masked to 2:3
• Sound: optional but recommended
• Captions: optional but recommended
