Filmed live on the stages of major industry fairs, these talks are professionally recorded and promoted through a multi-phase campaign to showcase insights from your brand and industry peers to a global audience.

Summary of data requirements

What you should provide

  • Speaker & Talk Information
  • Full name and job title of each speaker
  • Title of the talk and a short summary of the topic
  • Short description of the brand's products, showroom or booth at the fair
  • Name(s) of the product/collection presented on-site

Visual Material

  • 4 to 20 high-resolution images or short videos of the products/collections showcased at the fair
  • High-resolution portrait photos of all speakers

Brand Assets

  • Your logo in PNG format (please include light/dark versions, and with/without tagline, if available)
  • Destination URL for campaign-related posts (optional)
  • Your official Instagram account
  • Your official LinkedIn account
  • Your official YouTube channel (if applicable)

Geo-targeting (optional)

  • You may choose whether the campaign targets:
    • Worldwide
    • Or specific regions or countries


Best practices for the talk location Geo-targeting

For optimal production quality, please ensure the venue meets the following:

  • Lighting: Use soft, diffused lighting to avoid harsh shadows
  • Walls: Neutral, solid-colored walls (light tones preferred); branding backdrops are welcome.
  • Sound: Quiet environment with minimal echo. Use carpets, heavy curtains, and acoustic panels where possible
